Historical evolution
1.Before our office established, an health association, which built by Chen Nanshan, Huang SuiHung, Hsu WuDing, Hsu Ching, Wu TseTsai, Huang ChaoHaung and Chen Lao, provided local medical service, such as local medical treatment and health care, etc.
2.The office was formally established on August 4, 1949, address on No.159 Zhongshan Road, Homei Village. The first director Chen NanShan was in charge of epidemic prevention, curing musk deer, health care, etc.
3.Moved to No 319, ChangMei Road, HoDong Village in February of 1954. The new office was in a one-storey house, 35 ping, the funds were from higher authorities and Town District Office.
4.In order to make it more convenience for midwife, in September of 1959, built dormitory at the rear of our institute, 47.24 ping, the cost of the project was subsidized by higher authorities.
5.It changed to be under the jurisdiction of the Health Bureau of Changhua from July 1st, 1974.
6.The office was too narrow for operation, the building was removes and rebuilt. It was completed on July 31st, 1982. It was a two-story building of 396 sq.m (120 ping). The cost of project was all subsidized by higher authorities.
